Finger knit checkered blanket. 
knit with a technique attaching the colors in a way that they will never unravel or separate. 

Washing: Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, and lay flat to dry, or on tumble dry in the dryer. NO high heat. 
use lint roller to pick up any debris between washing.
